1. Smelting

Facility for the manufacture of aluminum alloy plates targeted for rolling. Composed of a 30-mt tilting furnace for smelting and semi-continuous casting. The facility also contains a spectrography laboratory for comprehensive analysis of incoming raw materials and the resulting plate alloy.


2. Rolling

Facility comprising: Aluminum processing kilns for partially finished goods, reversible hot tandem rolling, reversible IV hydraulic clamping cold rolling and automatic thickness control. This facility is used to manufacture aluminum coils with a thickness of 1.5 to 0.25 mm.


3. Finishing Lines

Set of coil coating-based enamelling lines where the aluminum coils are pretreated before the finish is applied (heat-crosslinked paints, decorative film for special finishes, protective film, etc.),depending on the requirements of the final product for which the aluminum will be used.


4. Shaping Lines

Cold shaping equipment that converts the aluminum coils into sections that will later be used to produce the products marketed by Industrial Gradhermetic, S.A.E.
